I”ve never been a big fan of onions. For one thing, they make me cry like a baby when I cut into them. Add to that their overpowering taste and I tend to stay away from them unless they”re beer-battered and fried.

Until now.

I”d probably add some more oil and vinegar to the open onions before putting them back into the oven for a second go — want to make sure they”re extra tasty! I love how they open up like water lilies — they”ll be perfect for my first summer BBQ.
