Baked potatoes are great. Throw some butter and salt on ’em right when they come out of the oven, and I’ve reached carby nirvana. But then one man posed the question, “How can you make baked potatoes better?” and his answer is beautifully crispy and all-around perfect.

Just grab a wooden skewer and get ready to drool:
